“Nice place, Friendly staff”The place is clean & well-designed. The staffs are friendly. The only little thing that make us feel bad is insufficient shower gel & shampoo. On the first day we stayed, we got only one small bottle of shower gel and another small bottle of shampoo. We called the frontdesk to request for more shower gel. Surprisingly, a staff come all the way to our Deluxe Jacuzzi Villa with only one small bottle of shampoo. We were speechless. It was not a big deal but we felt like we were a their bad customer or something. Apart from that weird shower gel experience, everything else was good. |
